ВЛИЯНИЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ НА ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНУЮ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЬ УЧИТЕЛЯ

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется роль информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ) в образовательном процессе и их влияние на развитие компетенций преподавателя. Автор освещает положительное воздействие ИКТ на профессиональные, методические, коммуникативные и личностные компетенции педагога. Особое внимание уделяется роли ИКТ в развитии навыков самостоятельного обучения у учащихся, интеграции цифровых ресурсов, онлайн-платформ и интерактивных инструментов в учебный процесс. В статье научно обоснованы требования к современному педагогу, включающие цифровую грамотность, инновационное мышление, творческий подход и непрерывное саморазвитие.
