First Release This release includes: Reference phylogenetic tree for EV-D68 Reference sequences and metadata Inferred ancestral sequences Nextclade dataset configuration files Analysis workflow and scripts Additional resources and documentation This dataset is included in the official Nextclade data collection at https://github.com/nextstrain/nextclade_data. It can be used with Nextclade (CLI or Web) for phylogenetic placement, clade assignment, and quality control of EV-D68 sequences.
