Abstract

Турли муаллифларнинг фикрига кўра, ётоқ яралари умуртқаси шикастланган беморларда 28% дан 90% гача тез-тез учрайди ва реабилитация чораларини кўришга тўсқинлик қилувчи асосий омилларидан биридир. Бундан ташқари, умуртқа поғонаси шикастланишидан сўнг ётоқ яраси сепсиси узоқ вақт давом этаётган умуртқа поғонаси билан касалланган беморларда ўлимнинг асосий сабабларидан бири ҳисобланади. [8]. Тананинг анатомик зоналарининг силжиш кучи, ишқаланиш ва намлик ярали нуқсонларнинг пайдо бўлишида доим тасир қилиб турувчи омиллар эканлиги аниқланди. [5]. Катта кўламдаги яра нуқсонлари аксарият беморларнинг умумий ҳолатига салбий таъсир кўрсатади, жоиз бўлган юқумли асоратларнинг ривожланиш тезлигига, (анаэроб-чириш жараёнининг пайдо бўлишигача), шунингдек, ўлимга олиб келади.
