ДАВОЛАШНИНГ ТУРЛИ ТЕХНОЛОГИК ЁНДАШУВЛАРИДА ПРОСТАТА БЕЗИНИНГ ХАВФСИЗ ГИПЕРПЛАЗИЯСИ БЎЛГАН БЕМОРЛАРНИНГ КЛИНИК-ИММУНОЛОГИК ТАВСИФИ

Abstract

Резюме. Простата бези хавфсиз гиперплазияси (ПБХГ) тўпланиш (тезлиги, шошилинчлиги) ва сийдик чиқариш (кучсиз оқим, қатъиятсизлик) белгилари сифатида таснифланган пастки сийдик йўллари симптомлари(ПСЙС) билан намоён бўлади, унинг иммунологик хусусиятлари эса сурункали яллиғланиш ва потенциал аутоиммун реакцияларни ўз ичига олади, турли беморларда иммунитет тизимининг иштироки даражаси ҳар хил ва потенциал равишда фарқ қилиши мумкин. 2022 йил августдан 2025 йил декабргача бўлган даврда дори-дармонлар билан даволанмаган ва простата безининг трансуретрал резекциясини (ПБТУР) ўтказган ПБХГ билан касалланган кекса ёшдаги эркаклардан жами 107 та простата бези намуналари йиғилди ва ретроспектив таҳлил қилинди. Беморларнинг ёши 40 ёшдан 89 ёшгача бўлиб, ўртача ёши 71,28±7,43 ни ташкил этди. Патологоанатомик жиҳатдан простата бези хавфсиз гиперплазияси тасдиқланган ПБХГ билан оғриган ҳар бир бемор ҳақида тўлиқ клиник маълумотлар, жумладан, ёши, простата бези ҳажми, простата бези касалликларида халқаро симптомлар индекси (ПБКҲСИ/IPSS), ҳаёт сифатини баҳолаш (ҲСБ/Qol), максимал сийдик чиқариш тезлиги (МСЧТ/Qmax) ва сийдик пуфаги чиқиш тешиги обструксияси индекси тақдим этилди.
