Impact d'une Politique du Libre Accès :Cas de la charte-type des études doctorales

Abstract

The partnership between the University National Center of Scientific and Technical Documentation (CNUDST), the University of Gafsa, the University of Sfax, and the University of Monastir has focused on developing specific policies, including an Open Access Policy for universities and a Repository Policy. Those, presented in the Open Access Study Day 2018, aimed to operationalize one or more open archive repositories in Tunisia. Once achieved, this objective should lead to the updating of regulatory texts, particularly the model charter for doctoral studies in Tunisia, the proposed amendments to which have been formalized jointly with the various partners. This action enhance the chance toward a national open access policy.
