Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston qurilish sektorida raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishda kadrlar salohiyatining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Qurilish sanoatidagi muvaffaqiyatli faoliyatning asosi sifatli va malakali mutaxassislar ekanligi ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada kadrlar tayyorlash, professional rivojlantirish va ularning bilim hamda amaliy ko‘nikmalarini oshirish orqali qurilish korxonalari raqobatbardoshligini mustahkamlash strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirishning dolzarb muammolari, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari va amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan.
