Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menilai strategi bisnis dan kinerja PTMayora Indah Tbk menggunakan Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Berdasarkan data 2022–2024, kinerja keuangan relatif stabilmeski efisiensi menurun pada 2024, penerimaan kas daripelanggan menunjukkan pertumbuhan cukup baik, proses bisnisinternal meningkat pada 2023 namun turun tajam pada 2024,serta produktivitas karyawan meningkat tetapi efisiensi laba perkaryawan melemah. Secara keseluruhan, perusahaan perlumeningkatkan proses internal dan pengembangan SDM,sementara BSC efektif memberikan gambaran menyeluruhmengenai kinerja dan strategi perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan,kinerja perusahaan masih perlu dioptimalkan terutama padaproses internal dan pengembangan SDM, sementara BSC terbuktimemberi gambaran komprehensif mengenai efektivitas strategidan area perbaikan perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Balanced Scorecard; Kinerja Perusahaan; StrategiBisnis, Perspektif Keuangan; Perspektif Pelanggan; Proses BisnisInternal; Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan.
