Abstract

Genus Alisacupes Yan & Strelnikova, gen. nov. urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act: 69841F08-2024-4094-B609-EF8AEA8953E8 Type species. Alisacupes dunaevi Yan & Strelnikova, sp. nov. Diagnosis. Elytron with 4 veins, at least two merging at the elytral apex. Epipleuron covered with tubercles. Composition. Monotypic. Description. Large elytra, elongated, apex slightly pointed, assymetrical. Epipleural flange wide, at least as wide as several cell`s width combined. Elytral cells roundish, walls reinforced with maculae, cuticular surface between cells covered with tubercles. Сells are surrounded by macula. Etymology. After Alisa quarry, source locality of the described material. Gender: masculine. Remarks. Species below was attributed to Asiocoleidae for having four veins, with three of them being on the elytral disc; large size of the elytron. Comparison. Differs in moderately large size; in having tubercles at proximal half of epipleron`s length. Similar to Loculitricoleus but differs from it in larger size, tubercles sculpture on elytron and by four main veins instead of three.
