Abstract The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the potential of the 5S system as an effective tool for improving production efficiency and fostering a sustainable quality culture in the workplace in modern industrial companies. The workspace functions as a mirror of the 5S system, demonstrating the organization's commitment to true excellence and continuous improvement. The implementation of the 5S principles (Sorting, Arranging, Cleaning, Standardizing, and Maintaining) not only helps reduce waste and improve safety but also fosters a corporate culture based on responsibility and initiative.
