Abstract

This repository contains the LPJmL6 model, associated data and processing scripts for the study: "Implementing methane dynamics into the LPJmL6 model" (Schaphoff et al., in preparation). It includes the newly developed LPJmL6 methane-enabled model Version, the output data used for evaluation, and the scripts employed to process and analyse the evaluation results. In addition, we provide ILAMB-based evaluation (see https://ILAMB.org) for the full model, comparing LPJmL6 with the previous version 5.10.2, for both present-day land use and potential natural vegetation (PNV).
