
This article discusses the theoretical and practical foundations of managing the activities of educators in the process of forming research-experimental skills of children 6-7 years old. Based on the analysis of state educational documents, national and international scientific research, the pedagogical conditions for the development of research activity in children, the functions and stages of management are justified. The diagnostic, planning, organizational-methodical, motivational, collaborative, monitoring and reflective functions of the educator are systematically covered. The article analyzes the importance of these functions in ensuring cognitive, speech, creative and socio-emotional development in children aged 6–7 years on a scientific basis. In addition, an integrative model of effective management of the educator's activities in organizing research and experimental activities is proposed.
