Abstract

This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the MULTIPULM project, a Horizon Europe-funded initiative dedicated to delivering accessible, integrated care for people with multiple chronic conditions (multimorbidity) in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).The pitch deck outlines the project's strategy for addressing the significant impact of chronic respiratory diseases (such as asthma and COPD) in Brazil, Serbia and Türkiye, where healthcare services are often fragmented and affordable digital tools are scarce.
