Abstract

Teri leyshmaniozi — Leishmania tropica va Leishmania major parazitlari sababli yuzaga keladigan protozoy infeksiya bo‘lib, Surxondaryo viloyati O‘zbekiston hududida endemik hisoblanadi. Ushbu tezisda viloyatda qo‘llanilayotgan asosiy dori vositalari — Glukantim (meglumin antimonat), Amfoterisin B, krioterapiya va qo‘shimcha vositalarning samaradorligi baholandi. Klinik kuzatuvlar dori vositalarining samaradorligi, nojo‘ya ta’sirlari va remissiya chastotasiga asoslangan holda tahlil qilindi.
