Abstract

Este artículo analiza a México como país de tránsito y los desafíos de derechos humanos que enfrentan los países de América Latina, el Caribe y de otros países fuera de ella, y la responsabilidad compartida internacional que tiene cada uno de ellos. Se plantea como problema de investigación cuáles son los desafíos que enfrentan los países receptores de migrantes irregulares. Mediante un enfoque cualitativo-descriptivo, se realiza un análisis bibliográfico y de temas sobre la situación de los migrantes irregulares deportados a sus países de origen y no origen por Estados Unidos en el 2025. Los resultados destacan el fortalecimiento de la cooperación regional en materia de derechos humanos en migración y la protección de los migrantes irregulares. Se concluye que existen desafíos en la migración que requieren respuestas integrales, coordinadas y coherentes que impulsen un cambio de paradigma en las políticas humanitarias y que, en el fenómeno migratorio de América Latina, el Caribe y de otros países, debe existir una responsabilidad y colaboración entre ellos de manera efectiva, cuidando la dignidad y los derechos humanos de las personas migrantes irregulares.
