This deliverable presents the dissemination plan for the BITS project (Blueprints for the Integration of Terminology Services in Earth System Science), which aims to enable the wider adoption of terminology services in the Earth system science community. The plan defines the strategic framework for communicating project results, engaging stakeholders, and supporting long-term reuse of outputs. It outlines key objectives, target audiences, and the primary channels through which BITS will interact with researchers, research infrastructure providers, and relevant community networks. To ensure effective coordination and transparency, the plan also specifies roles and responsibilities among project partners and establishes milestones to monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. As a living document, it will be updated and new versions published in Zenodo to reflect ongoing developments and evolving requirements in the research data landscape.
