Abstract

Maqolada huquqiy nihilizm tushunchasi, uning yoshlar ongiga ta’siri, yoshlar orasida qonun va huquq tushunchasining shakllanishi batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Huquqiy nihilizmning sabablari, yoshlar ongidagi xavfi, qarshi choralar va yechimlar yoritiladi. Real hayotdan misollar, kazuslar va statistik ma’lumotlar keltirilib, huquqiy ongni rivojlantirishning ahamiyati ko‘rsatiladi. Maqola yoshlar huquqiy madaniyati va ijtimoiy barqarorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar bilan boyitilgan.
