Abstract

Ushbu maqolada, konstitutsiyaning erkin va farovon hayotning garovi haqida fikr va mulohazalar yuritiladi. Konstitutsiya har qanday zamonaviy davlatning asosiy normativ aktidir. U nafaqat huquqiy, balki siyosiy va ijtimoiy poydevor vazifasini ham bajaradi, hokimiyat tuzilishini, fuqarolarning huquqlari va erkinliklarini, davlat va jamiyat faoliyati tamoyillarini belgilaydi. Konstitutsiya o'ziga xos huquqiy kuchga ega, bu uning boshqa barcha normativ-huquqiy hujjatlardan ustunligini ta'minlaydi.
