Abstract

This dataset contains all raw data, statistical output files, and project files used to generate Figures 3–6 for the manuscript titled “PAC1 receptor agonist maxadilan alleviates corneal inflammation in a murine model of LPS-induced ocular inflammation.” The repository includes raw numerical measurements for all four experimental groups (Control+PBS, Control+Maxa, LPS+PBS, LPS+Maxa)(TXT,xls), statistical analysis files (PDF, HTML, Origin flies) and a summary file in xls which contain the percent changes informations.. A detailed description of each file, including its purpose and its relation to the corresponding figure, is provided in the attached README document. All uploaded files represent the minimal dataset required to fully reproduce the findings reported in the manuscript.
