Abstract

What's New: First official release of the sleep-stroke-bibliometric project. This is the first official release, containing both the raw data and the cleaned datasets that can be used for further research. Raw data files and cleaned datasets included for further research. The repository includes raw data collected from various sources, such as PubMed, Scopus, etc., as well as cleaned datasets that have been pre-processed for bibliometric analysis. Added R scripts for data analysis and visualization of the bibliometric analysis. R scripts are included to help in analyzing the data and generating visualizations for the bibliometric analysis, such as annual growth, citation distribution, and author collaboration networks. Figures and charts for research publication and visualization are included. The repository contains figures and charts that were generated from the cleaned datasets. These visualizations can be used for research publications or for further analysis. The project is structured into specific directories: data_raw/ for raw data: Contains the raw data files before any processing. scripts_R/ for R scripts related to data processing and analysis: Contains the R scripts for data cleaning, analysis, and generating figures. figures/ for visual representations: Contains the figures and charts generated for the analysis, ready to be used in research or presentations. How to Use: Clone the repository to your local machine: To download the project, you can use the git clone command in your terminal or command prompt: git clone https://github.com/abdullahalhomier/sleep-stroke-bibliometric.git
