ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ СОДЕРЖАНИЯ ХЛОРОФИЛЛОВ В ЛИСТЬЯХ PISTACIA VERA L.

Abstract

В данной работе проведено количественное определение содержания хлорофиллов а и b в листьях Pistacia vera L., собранных в двух районах Южного Узбекистана — Бабатау и Тупаланг. Для экстракции использовался 80% раствор ацетона, а измерения проводились с помощью УФ-спектрофотометра при длинах волн 663 и 645 нм с использованием формул Арнона. Полученные результаты показали, что образцы из Тупаланга содержат более высокие концентрации хлорофиллов по сравнению с Бабатау, что указывает на влияние экологических условий на физиологическое состояние растений. Данные исследования могут быть полезны для дальнейших экологических и физиолого-биохимических исследований.
