СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ И ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ЗАЩИТЫ ПРАВ ЖЕНЩИН В СЕМЬЕ, ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ СФЕРЕ И В ОБРАЗОВАНИИ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются современные социальные и психологические механизмы защиты прав и законных интересов женщин в ключевых сферах общественной жизни: семье, профессиональной деятельности, образовании и здравоохранении. Подчеркивается значимость гендерного равенства как фундаментального принципа государственной политики и международных обязательств, закреплённых в конвенциях ООН и других правовых актах. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам ликвидации дискриминации, профилактики домашнего насилия, обеспечению равного доступа женщин к рынку труда, образовательным ресурсам и медицинской помощи, включая репродуктивное здоровье.
