Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada innovatsiyalar va ixtirolarning texnik taraqqiyotdagi o‘rni hamda ixtiro tushunchasining asosiy mezonlari ilmiy jihatdan yoritiladi. O‘zbekistonning amaldagi patent qonunchiligi, ixtirolarni ekspertizadan o‘tkazish tartibi va so‘nggi patent ma’lumotlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, patentlangan va rad etilgan talabnomalarning ochiq e’lon qilinishi yangi ixtirochilar faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlashdagi ahamiyati asoslanadi.
