Abstract

2016 yildan keyingi davr O‘zbekiston Respublikasining tashqi siyosatida tub burilishlar davri sifatida tarixiy ahamiyat kasb etdi. Ushbu maqola «2016 yillardan so‘ng O‘zbekistonning tashqi siyosati evolutsiyasi: qo‘shnilar va global aktorlar o‘rtasidagi muvozanat» mavzusini kompleks tarzda o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Maqolaning asosiy vazifasi — O‘zbekiston tashqi siyosatining 2016–2025 yillardagi o‘zgarish mexanizmlarini aniqlash, mintaqaviy aktorlar (Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari, xususan Qozog‘iston, Qirg‘iziston, Tojikiston, Turkmaniston va Afg‘oniston) bilan hamkorlikdagi asosiy yo‘nalishlar va global aktorlar (Rossiya, Xitoy, AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi va Turklar dunyosi) bilan muvozanatli o‘zaro munosabat strategiyasini tahlil qilishdan iborat. Maqolada siyosiy va iqtisodiy diplomatiya, mintaqaviy xavfsizlik, transport-logistika loyihalari, suv masalalari, energetika va Afg‘onistonning mintaqaga ta’siri kabi yo‘nalishlar o‘rganiladi. Maqola muallifi tashqi siyosat o‘zgarishlarini bir tomondan ichki siyosiy modernizatsiya va iqtisodiy islohotlar bilan, boshqa tomondan esa geosiyosiy imkoniyatlar va tahdidlar bilan bog‘liq qilib ko‘rsatadi.
