Abstract

Maqolada turli mamlakatlarda o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash va ularning malakasini oshirish tizimi tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida pedagogning kasbiy kompetensiyasi va uzluksiz rivojlanishi muhim omil sifatida baholanadi. Finlyandiya, Yaponiya va AQSh tajribalari O‘zbekiston tizimi bilan qiyoslanib, o‘xshash hamda farqli jihatlar aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirishni takomillashtirish va xalqaro tajribalarni milliy sharoitga moslashtirishda amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
