Supplementary Data Data S1: Search_results_05082024.xlsx - Complete list of publications returned by the PubMed database query. Data S2: paper_list.xlsx - Complete list of publications included in the meta-analysis. Data S3: collected_figures_metaDigitize.zip - All figures used to extract resistance data when exact values were not directly available in the publications. Includes the script used for data extraction. Data S4: data_current.csv - Raw experiment data extracted for the meta-analysis. Data S5: data_edited.csv & data_edited.RData - Edited experiment data: similar experiments were merged into representative entries and imputation was performed. Supporting files File S1: 01-data_editing.Rmd & 01-data_editing.html - Rscript containing all data editing steps, including experiment merging and data imputation. File S2: 02-data_overview.Rmd & 02-data_overview.html - Rscript providing a brief overview of the data.
