Abstract

The following files were used to generate statistics, tables and figures in the genome report: "ERGA-BGE reference genome of Hirudo verbana, a once neglected freshwater haematophagous European medicinal leech". assembly_busco.txt was used to report completeness of the genome assembly annotation_busco.txt and annotation_omark.txt were used to report completeness and consistency of the genome annotation assembly_stats.txt and annotation_stats.txt were used to report basic statistics about the genome assembly and annotation, respectively merqury_completeness.txt and merqury_qv.txt were used to report completeness and accuracy of the genome assembly, respectively blobdir.tgz was used to generate Figure 1 hic.cool was used to generate Figure 2
