This paper introduces Conformal Conscious Cyclic Cosmology (C4 Theory), a novel synthesis framework designed to solve the two fundamental, unresolved paradoxes in standard cyclic models (such as Penrose's Conformal Cyclic Cosmology): 1) the entropy paradox, which states that disorder should accumulate and prevent a true cyclic reset, and 2) the information paradox, which questions how information can be preserved across a cosmological singularity. C4 Theory reframes consciousness as an active, physical, and necessary participant in cosmic evolution, not a passive observer. The theory is built on four core postulates: Identical Conformal Reset: The theory accepts the CCC framework where the end of one aeon conformally becomes the Big Bang of the next. Consciousness-Entropy Symmetry: This is the central engine of the theory. It postulates that consciousness acts as a fundamental anti-entropic (negentropic) force. This force locally orchestrates quantum systems, creating order and balancing the universe's thermodynamic budget, thus solving the entropy paradox and permitting a true, identical reset. The Choice Imprint Principle: This postulate provides the mechanism for information transfer. It proposes that significant acts of conscious, anti-entropic choice are physical events that imprint information onto the geometry of spacetime (the Weyl tensor). This low-entropy "Choice Imprint" is preserved across the conformal reset and "seeds" the initial conditions of the subsequent aeon, solving the information paradox. Resonance Recognition: This connects the cosmic to the human scale. It predicts that profound "perfect replay" déjà vu is a measurable quantum resonance event, where a brain state achieves coherence with the geometric information stored in the Weyl tensor from a previous aeon. The paper provides a preliminary mathematical framework for these postulates, including a modified quantum evolution equation ($\hat{C}$ operator) to account for the influence of consciousness. Crucially, C4 is presented as a falsifiable, cross-disciplinary scientific hypothesis, not just a philosophical assertion. It yields a series of specific, testable predictions: Cosmology: The existence of non-random, large-scale anomalies in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), representing the "scars" or "echoes" of the previous aeon's imprinted information. Quantum Physics: Measurable statistical deviations from standard quantum probability in laboratory experiments involving focused conscious intention (entropy anomalies). Neuroscience: The discovery of a unique, global neural signature of large-scale quantum coherence in the brain during "Resonance Recognition" events, distinct from standard memory glitches. This paper thus unifies cosmology, quantum physics, and neuroscience, proposing a paradigm where consciousness is not an epiphenomenon, but a fundamental architect of a self-perpetuating, information-preserving, and eternally evolving cosmos.
This pre-print presents the formal, academic, and technical framework for the Conformal Conscious Cyclic Cosmology (C4) theory. These concepts are the foundation for the author's popular science book series, The Creator's Echo Cycle. The first book in the series is The Creator's Echo: A Journey from Childhood Terror to a Theory of the Cosmos (2025). Website: The Creator's Echo Instagram Page: The Creator's Echo
