Automatización de procesos logísticos en el ámbito escolar.

Abstract

Mediante el método de estudio de caso aplicado en una universidad autónoma estatal mexicana situada en un parque industrial con una alta concentración de actividades manufactureras, se describe una propuesta tecnológica para un sistema logístico de entradas y salidas del alumnado. El artículo adopta un enfoque de calidad combinando la aplicación práctica mediante herramientas de mejora continua con el objetivo de proponer un nuevo flujo con base en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. La metodología incluyó el diagnóstico de vulnerabilidades con herramientas de calidad, selección de hardware, generación estandarizada de identificaciones y capacitación del personal de seguridad, asegurando la adaptación a los principios de administración orientados a reducir tiempos. Con esta propuesta se logró una mejora en la logística de entradas y salidas, alcanzando una efectividad del 90% sobre los usuarios que ingresan, reduciendo significativamente los tiempos de espera en los filtros de seguridad y la eliminación de inconsistencias derivadas de la intervención humana dentro de un ambiente universitario, agregando además reportes estadísticos para su posterior análisis. La principal contribución de este trabajo está en la integración de herramientas de calidad, tecnología accesible y capacitación operativa para lograr una mejora logística.
