Authors: Guignard-Legros, Virginie Sylvie Adrienne Alzire;

WATER LABEL Hydric Sovereignty Framework

Abstract

Official introduction - Water Label Access to safe, sovereign and sustainable water has become one of the defining challenges of the 21st century. The Water Label, developed within ECOSYSTEM VLG World and founded by Virginie Guignard Legros, offers a new, global and ethical response: a system capable of guaranteeing water quality, protecting communities, and strengthening territorial resilience over a 100-year horizon. Designed in Switzerland, the Water Label integrates three essential dimensions: advanced technologies such as Q-Vortex, WaterMesh™ and WaterChain™, community-based governance grounded in REED (Resilience, Education, Ethics, Dynamics), a quantum and systemic framework based on the Community Quantum Spirals (SQC) and Dynamic Quantum Spirals (SQD). This unique model certifies the hydric sovereignty of territories, harmonises local practices, protects resources, reduces sanitary risks, and ensures complete transparency through scientific DOIs.The Water Label is neither a single technology nor an NGO: it is an international standard, neutral, sovereign, adaptable, and designed to be handed down to future generations ---- Introduction officielle - LABEL WATER L’accès à une eau sûre, souveraine et durable est devenu l’un des enjeux majeurs du XXIe siècle.
