Abstract

В статье рассматриваются процессы перехода компаний Узбекистана на Международные стандарты финансовой отчетности (МСФО), их преимущества и сложности внедрения. Анализируются основные экономические и управленческие эффекты от применения МСФО, приводятся примеры адаптации крупных и средних компаний к международным требованиям отчетности. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию МСФО на инвестиционную привлекательность, прозрачность финансовой информации и качество корпоративного управления.
