
This deliverable provides a first version of the CONFIDENTIAL6G Requirements and architecture blueprint for confidential networking. It is meant to serve as a reference on necessary requirements for secure and confidential networking, data sharing and service and computation orchestration, leveraging on federated AI/ML to increase privacy-preserving by enabling scenarios in which data is kept in premise on the edge, while algorithms are brought to the data. Requirements analysed include long-term security, calling for post-quantum solutions, as well as computation power and bandwidth limitations. It should be noted that as work progresses the requirements and architecture for confidential networking will be updated.
