Abstract

This deposit contains small variant calls in VCF format from Ultima Genomics UG 100 and Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing of 4 Genome in a Bottle (GIAB) reference samples. These variant calls are analyzed in the manuscript "Evaluation of the Ultima Genomics UG 100™ sequencing platform for clinical services.
