Abstract

This archive contains code and simulation results for Comparison of different methods for the meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy studies – a simulation study. The folder packages_not_on_CRAN contains R-packages in their version used in the simulation study that were not published on CRAN at the time of simulation. The code, simulation and application results can be found in the folder simstudy_code. See simstudy_code/readMe.md for more details.
