In the video, the structure of MMACHC (from PDB entry 3SOM) is initially shown as a solvent-excluded surface colored by the charges of neighboring residues. A rod model of methylcobalamin is then presented on the righ and morphed from base-on to base-off conformation. The vitamin moves into its pocket. On the other side, glutathione appears, moving into its pocket. The system is then rotated to better show the narrow pocket housing the DMB moiety of cobalamin. Next, the large ligand pocket is enlarged to reveal the contact region between glutathione and cobalamin.
