Abstract

食×心の構造論(Food–Mind Structural Theory)** 本論文は、「食べ物が心に与える影響」を栄養学や心理学ではなく、構造学(HSS:Human Structural Science) に基づいて説明する世界初の理論である。 食は単なる栄養ではなく、核・層・ベクトル・欠け・情報 を通じて心の動きを形成する“構造入力”である。 本研究の主要な発見は以下の通り: 欠け(不安・孤独・承認欠如)が食行動を決定する主要因である 層が弱い人ほど、食でストレス処理を行いやすい ベクトル(行動方向)は、食の性質によって強く影響される 意味づけ(情報構造)が同じ食でも全く異なる心理効果を生む 家族での食事は層を強化し、幸福度を高める“構造装置”である 食は生き方を反映し、核の強さや欠けの深さを可視化する 結論として、食は「心の構造に作用する因子」であり、欠け・層・ベクトル・情報の配置によって感情・行動が変化する。 本理論は、栄養学・心理学・行動科学のギャップを埋める新たな統合理論として機能する。
