自己主張の構造論

Abstract

自己主張の構造論(Assertion Structure Theory)** 自己主張の構造論は、「自己主張=性格」「強く言うことが主張」という従来の理解を超え、人間構造学(HSS)の五要素 ― 核・層・ベクトル・欠け・情報 ― によって成立する構造現象であると再定義する世界初の理論である。 本理論では、自己主張とは感情の強さではなく、自分の核(Core)・意味構造(Layer)・方向性(Vector)を外側へ正確に投影する行為であると位置づける。 自己主張は以下の構造式で表される: Assertion = (Core Clarity × Layer Depth × Vector Consistency) − Gap Noise + Information Precision 主な主張内容: 核(Core) が明確で強いほど、揺れない“本物の主張”が生まれる 層(Layer) が深いほど、文脈・理由・未来視点を備えた説得力のある主張になる ベクトル(Vector) は主張の向き(自己・他者・未来・全体)を決定し、質を左右する 欠け(Gap) が深いと、主張は攻撃・過剰・承認欲求などに歪む 情報(Information) の精度が低いと、誤解や衝突に変化する 本論文は、「なぜ本物の主張は聞き手に届き、偽物の主張は反発されるのか?」「なぜ強く言う人ほど中身がないことがあるのか?」「なぜ一部の人だけ自己主張が自然に通るのか?」といった問題を、性格ではなく構造の違いとして説明する。 本理論は、家庭・教育・仕事・SNS・政治・AI対話など、あらゆるコミュニケーション領域に応用可能である。
