Abstract

La Guía Pedagógica para la Inclusión de Estudiantes Autistas en Espacios de Práctica Pedagógica, de Carola Hernández y María Elena Arriagada, busca dotar al profesorado guía de herramientas sencillas, ágiles y basadas en evidencia. El objetivo es asegurar trayectorias formativas exitosas para estudiantes de pedagogía en el Espectro Autista (CEA), quienes a menudo enfrentan obstáculos sensoriales y sociales que pueden llevar a reprobaciones. Basada en el paradigma de la neurodiversidad, la guía provee acciones concretas de ajustes razonables. Estas incluyen: fomentar la comunicación explícita y literal, utilizar apoyos visuales y la anticipación de rutinas. También enfatiza la importancia de la autorregulación emocional, el registro de la conducta (ABC), y la provisión de retroalimentación clara y ajustada (como el Feedback 2-1-1). Este material fomenta una cultura educativa de respeto y justicia social.
