Plataforma de Monitoramento IIHV: Índice Integrado de Hidrometeorologia e Vegetação (Google Earth Engine App)

Abstract

Aplicativo web desenvolvido na plataforma Google Earth Engine (GEE) para o cálculo e visualização do Índice Integrado de Hidrometeorologia e Vegetação (IIHV). O software integra indicadores meteorológicos (SPI e SPEI) e de vegetação (EVI e NDMI) utilizando a Matriz GUT (Gravidade, Urgência, Tendência) para monitoramento de eventos extremos na Amazônia. O sistema foi validado com dados da Mesorregião Hidrográfica do Rio Madeira, permitindo a análise de séries temporais de 2003 a 2023. A ferramenta processa dados das coleções TerraClimate e MOD13A3 para identificar padrões de seca e cheia, oferecendo suporte à gestão de riscos e desastres naturais. Produto Técnico vinculado à Dissertação de Mestrado Profissional: "Índice Integrado de Hidrometeorologia e Vegetação (IIHV): Validação na Mesorregião Hidrográfica do Rio Madeira".
