
Mazkur maqolada “Tez tibbiy yordam” fanida talabalarda stressni boshqarish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishgaqaratilgan integrativ-metodik model taklif etiladi. Model kognitiv, affektiv, irodaviy va ijtimoiy komponentlarning o‘zaro integratsiyasigaasoslanadi hamda simulyatsion mashg‘ulotlar, refleksiya jurnallari, aybsiz debrifing va psixologik treninglarkabi zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar bilan boyitilgan. Modelning nazariy asoslari Selye hamda Lazarus–Folkmanstress nazariyalari, klinik fikrlashning shakllanish jarayoni, metakognitiv yondashuvlar va tibbiy ta’limning kompetensiyagaasoslangan paradigmasi bilan uyg‘unlashgan. Tadqiqot natijalari modelning samaradorligi amaliy tajribalar orqalitasdiqlanganini ko‘rsatadi.
