RAQAMLI DAVRDA INTELLEKTUAL MULK HUQUQI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli davrda intellektual mulk huquqlarini himoya qilishning dolzarbligi, mavjud huquqiy mexanizmlar va ularning amaliyotdagi muammolari tahlil qilinadi. Internet va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi mualliflik huquqlari buzilishining yangi shakllarini yuzaga keltirayotgani ko‘rsatiladi. Xususan, O‘zbekistondagi normativ-huquqiy asoslar, xalqaro konvensiyalar, mualliflik huquqining obyekti va obyekt bo‘lmaydigan holatlar amaliy misollar bilan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Janubiy Koreya tajribasi, blockchain texnologiyasi va onlayn ro‘yxatga olish tizimlarining intellektual mulkni himoya qilishdagi innovatsion imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif raqamli savodxonlikni oshirish hamda huquqiy madaniyatni rivojlantirishning zarurligiga e’tibor qaratadi. Maqola intellektual mulkni himoya qilishdagi zamonaviy yondashuvlarning ahamiyati va istiqbollarini ochib beradi.
