Authors: Bédrouni, Smaïn;

Abstract

This document presents the first public formalization of the conceptual framework for the informational stabilization of radioactive cores. It describes the four fundamental tools (CIS, MCL, ICIN, RIC) that form the informational basis of stabilization, outlines the internal five-step mechanism, formalizes the notion of informational gradient, and establishes the scientific plausibility of the method within the framework of Information Thread Theory (ITT). Version 1.2 fixes a formatting detail present in Version 1.1: the document header still displayed “Version 1.0”. This update aligns the internal PDF version header with the Zenodo version. No scientific content has been modified.
