Abstract

Yog'li gepatoz (non-alkogol yog'li jigar kasalligi - NAJJD) butun dunyo bo'ylab eng keng tarqaligan surunkali jigar kasalligiga aylanishda davom etmoqda va global sog'liqni saqlash muammosiga aylandi. Ushbu maqola yog'li gepatozning uzoq muddatli asoratlariga, jumladan, jigar sirrozi, gepatotsellyulyar karsinoma (JSK), kardiovaskular asoratlar va metabolik kasalliklar xavfining oshishiga qaratilgan. So'nggi o'n yillikda (2015-2025) o'tkazilgan tadqiqotlar shuni ko'rsatdiki, NAJJD nafaqat jigar patologiyasi, balki tizimli kasallik bo'lib, u bir qator ekstrahepatik asoratlar, shu jumladan yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, buyrak disfunktsiyasi, osteoporoz va ba'zi saraton turlari bilan bog'liq [1]. Tadqiqotlar NAJJD bilan og'rigan bemorlarda jigar bilan bog'liq va jigardan tashqari o'lim darajasi sezilarli darajada oshganligini qayd etmoqda. Yog'li gepatozning progressiv shakli bo'lgan non-alkogol steatogepatit (NASH) ayniqsa yuqori xavf tug'diradi, chunki u jigar fibrozi va sirroz rivojlanishining asosiy omilidir [2]. Maqolada NAJJD tashxisi, stratifikatsiyasi va prognozini yaxshilashda yangi biomarkerlar va non-invaziv usullarning ahamiyati muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, ushbu sharxda yog'li gepatozning uzoq muddatli asoratlarini kamaytirish va boshqarish strategiyalari, jumladan, hayot tarzini o'zgartirish, farmakoterapiya va jarrohlik aralashuvlar samaradorligi tahli l qilinadi. Metformin, pioglitazon, vitamin E va yangi GLP-1 agonistlari kabi dorilarning roli, shuningdek, og'ir holatlarda jigar transplantatsiyasi natijalari ko'rib chiqiladi [3]. Maqola shuni ta'kidlaydiki, NAJJDni erta aniqlash va samarali boshqarish nafaqat jigar asoratlarini, balki kardiometabolik xavfni ham kamaytirish uchun zarurdir.
