Developed by Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® (ASDT) under the leadership of David Okiki Amayo Jr., the AFTF addresses the historical fragmentation and systemic paradoxes that have hindered Africa's development. The framework proposes a robust Tripartite System of governance, finance, and defence, anchored by innovative mechanisms such as: The African Sovereign Development Finance Fund (ASDF): A sovereign capital source for generational infrastructure projects. OmniGaza®: A sovereign-grade blockchain platform ensuring algorithmic fidelity and transparency in financial transactions and continental intelligence. The United African Defence Force (UADF): A unified defence structure to guarantee regional peace and security.
