DATASET OF MONITORING PLOTS OF STEPPE VEGETATION IN THE TARUTYNE STEPPE (Odesa Region, Ukraine)

Abstract

Vegetation plots were sampled in May–June 2025 using the standard methodology (Dengler et al. 2016). The sampling sites included the local landscape reserve “Tarutynskyi Steppe” (near the Center for Ethnographic, Rural Green Tourism and Family Recreation “Frumushyka-Nova”) and the planned research site of the Askania-Nova Biosphere Reserve near Vesela Dolyna, Bolhrad District, Odesa Region. The nomenclature of vascular plants, bryophytes, and lichens follows the standard species list for the territory of Ukraine — Ukraine_SL (Vynokurov et al. 2025). The analysis of soil samples was carried out using standard methodologies in the agrochemical laboratory of “Podillia Agropromservice” Private Company.
