РАЗВИТИЕ ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА У СТУДЕНТОВ С ПОМОЩЬЮ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется роль инновационных образовательных технологий в процессе развития эмоционального интеллекта у студентов. Подчёркивается, что основные компоненты эмоционального интеллекта — самосознание, саморегуляция, эмпатия и социальные навыки — являются одним из ключевых факторов личностного и профессионального развития студентов. Инновационные образовательные технологии (проектное обучение, ролевые игры, кейс-метод, цифровые платформы и коллаборативное обучение) представлены как эффективные инструменты формирования эмоциональных компетенций у молодёжи. Результаты исследования показывают, что инновационные методы усиливают у студентов культуру общения, навыки коллективной работы и чувство социальной ответственности. Поэтому широкое внедрение инновационных педагогических технологий в систему высшего образования рассматривается как одно из главных условий развития эмоционального интеллекта.
