We are pleased to present IReL's Executive Report for 2024/25. Here are the highlights from IReL’s last 12 months: The publication of IReL’s Mission Statement and Negotiation Principles Ireland ranked #1 globally in ESAC Market Watch for OA progress Over 10,000 Irish research articles published Open Access to date Adoption of Subscribe to Open (S2O) agreements with certain publishers Collections Review: Data-driven approach to identify gaps and opportunities Building data monitoring via the National Open Access Monitor and Persistent Identifiers (PIDs)
