Vielfalt als Chance. Eine Frage der Haltung?

Abstract

Die Schweiz verpflichtet sich zu einem inklusiven Bildungssystem, in dem alle Kinder – unabhängig von ihren Voraussetzungen – ihr Potenzial entfalten können. Der gemeinsame Unterricht stellt Schulen und Lehrpersonen vor neue Herausforderungen und erfordert, Vielfalt als Chance zu begreifen. Diese qualitative Forschungsarbeit untersucht, wie Lehrpersonen Vielfalt erleben und bewältigen. Im Zentrum steht die Frage, inwiefern ihre Haltung das Erleben von „Vielfalt als Chance“ beeinflusst. Die Analyse zweier Interviews mit offen eingestellten Lehrpersonen zeigt: Haltung ist zentral, jedoch kein linearer Ausgangspunkt, sondern Teil eines dynamischen, von verschiedenen Bedingungen geprägten Prozesses, der wiederum auf das zentrale Phänomen „Haltung“ zurückwirkt – wie es im Rahmen der Grounded Theory herausgearbeitet wurde.
