ВНЕДРЕНИЕ AI В БАНКОВСКОЙ СФЕРЕ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу процессов внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в банковскую сферу Узбекистана. В условиях цифровой трансформации финансового сектора использование ИИ становится ключевым инструментом для повышения операционной эффективности, минимизации рисков и расширения спектра банковских услуг. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении актуальных тенденций, возможностей и институциональных барьеров, влияющих на внедрение ИИ в отечественных банках. В работе использованы методы сравнительного анализа, систематизации нормативных документов, а также экспертных оценок. Полученные результаты показывают, что интеграция ИИ способствует развитию безопасных и клиенториентированных банковских сервисов, однако требует совершенствования технологической инфраструктуры и подготовки квалифицированных кадров. Исследование предоставляет рекомендации по ускорению процессов цифровизации банковского сектора.
