The third edition of the ESFRI Stakeholder Forum Meetup took place on 10–11 June 2025 in Kraków, Poland, following the previous editions held in Brussels in September 2022 and Tenerife in September 2023. It focused on two topics highly relevant to the various stakeholder communities: “Driving innovation and sustainability through Research Infrastructure–Industry collaboration” and “Synergies from different funding sources”. These were followed by group discussions in five breakout groups, where participants addressed key questions identified in consultation with stakeholders. There were common questions posed during both the panel discussions and the breakout sessions for each of the two topics.
