Abstract

ABSTRACT: The recent emergence of generative artificial intelligence will have a direct impact on citizens» rights. These technologies pose risks to privacy, autonomy of will, and equality, highlighting the dangers of information manipulation, algorithmic discrimination, and the infringement of personal freedom. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of an appropriate legal framework that addresses these risks and ensures the ethical and transparent use of AI. Today, more than ever, a peaceful union between Science and Law is necessary to confront the challenges and technological disruption, with a regulatory framework focused on the protection of fundamental rights, ultimately, on the individual as a permanent value.
